Priseaca: 32 seconds before the strong wave of a Vrancea earthquake
Priseaca (commune, Olt county): 32 seconds between the warning message and the S wave for an earthquake 130 km deep; 32–37 s at other depths. Computed and tested on 191 recorded earthquakes.
