Inspected files and API responses are identified separately. Two sources still need another review. ## Why are some rights unclear? An identified licence is explicitly stated by the cited source. In catalogues, rights vary between resources. When evidence is insufficient, we preserve the unknown: a page being free to read does not establish redistribution rights. ## What is in the export?
