Before you use this resource: Turnout percentages on permanent rolls include all registered residents regardless of emigration, artificially depressing rates in high-outmigration localities. Distinguish permanent-list from supplementary-list voters.

1. Select the election type, round and year in the portal interface.
2. Download raw precinct CSV files to join with locality SIRUTA codes.
3. Examine void and contested votes separately from tally sheets.
