# Estimated time

A displayed time looks like an individual appointment. In Romania's court lists, it is often a shared label for a batch.

**65.1%** of **131,180 analysed positions** share their displayed time with at least nine others in the same source session. The study covers 246 courts, five weekdays and all 1,230 expected responses from the official API.

At Judecătoria Buftea, one civil session on 8 June 2026 contains **341 distinct positions at 08:30**. The verification counted positions and times in the official response; the published data contains no case numbers.

## National distribution

The unit is one `<SedintaDosar>` position within one source `<Sedinta>` element. I grouped identical times only within that source boundary.

“Batch” is the analysis's descriptive term: positions with exactly the same time inside the same source session. It does not show that those cases were called simultaneously.

## Method

I queried every one of the 246 court codes in the official schema for 8–12 June 2026. The snapshot was captured on 31 August 2026. The 152 positions carrying the exact time `23:59` are reported separately because the consulted source does not document its meaning. Three malformed values were excluded; no positions were missing a time.

This measure describes the published list. The API contains no actual call time, waiting time, duration, attendance or real calling order. The court regulation allows the calling order to change while respecting the allocated interval.
