Read windows are snapped outward (floor/ceil), never to nearest, so edge pixels cannot be clipped from the maximum (verified: a nearest-snapped trial hid Băile Govora's true max pixel, 535 vs 539 m). Values rounded half-up to integer meters; ranks are competition ranks on those integers.
