Build journal (2026-09-17)

• Basket observed item by item in a browser: 13 lines (7 on two chains, 6 on one); tomato dropped (premium fruit only).
• ToS gate: aggregation ban → two lines suppressed → rent user-entered only; F1/F4 locked on that expectation.
• Coverage gate: other cities unmodeled; F2/F3/F6 locked on that expectation.
• Rate re-fetched identical to commission (5.2624/7.7009, dated 2026-09-17), pinned.
• No-script presets computed at build by the same calc.js, never hand-copied.

Maintenance & corrections

Tariffs/context monthly, rents quarterly (should they turn compliant), FX pinned per build, presets re-validated; dated audit log; rollback = previous dated dataset; two consecutive failed refreshes → city withdrawn. Total freeze triggers on any expired required cell. Corrections via the site contact page.
