Better open data starts with a crosswalk that holds.

Open Forexebug now has the layer that makes the rest reusable: a canonical administrative identity with SIRUTA, CUI, QID, territorial codes, and contacts, connected to a queryable financial register. Identities come from the Puntea administrativă. Monetary values in this release are a reproducible modelled demonstrator; official Forexebug observations are the next ingestion target.

Method and sources

The crosswalk is the identity layer. Forexebug is the financial source still to come.

This release uses the local extract of the Puntea administrativă for SIRUTA, names, CUI, QID, territorial codes, population, and contacts. Entities without CUI remain identity profiles, while for the six Bucharest sectors we integrated the official 2021 Census reference population from INS records, preserving other gaps instead of filling them with assumptions.

The financial series is deterministic demonstration data: seed 42, formulas documented in the project dossier, 2016–2025, 31,870 rows. It is not an official extraction. The Ministry of Finance portal remains the target source for the next release, and the quality report states that zero official rows were imported here.

Per-resident indicators use the 2021 Census population available in the crosswalk. Quadrants, county aggregates, and rankings are derived from the model and should be recalculated alongside official ingestion.
