E20 Olympic Park: why this London postcode has the number 20

E20 was created by Royal Mail in March 2011 for the Olympic Park at Stratford. From 1985 it had been the postcode of Walford, the fictional suburb of EastEnders. The 1917 list stops at E18, and there is no E19.
