Where the name comes from
Named after the village of Westcott, Buckinghamshire, whose name comes from the Old English for "west cottage". The station opened as Westcott Siding and was renamed Westcott shortly afterwards.
Worth knowing: The station building and its house are the only significant buildings of the Brill Tramway to survive.
