This page tells only what checks against official results: each of the seven 10s carries a date, an apparatus and a source; the 13-Games table matches Olympedia cell for cell; the 2006 change and the 14.70 example come from FIG documents. What's missing (the Deva centre, the age rule, scandals) is missing from the captured sources, not from importance.

70431 all-around (final 21st, 15:00; Nadia's final 9.90/9.85/10.00/10.00, 79.275 total, gold by 0.60; the 'displayed to the spectators as 1.00' sentence sits on this page), 70442 team (18th–19th; Romania 387.15 silver), 70447 floor (final 22nd, 19:30; 9.95/19.750 bronze; qualifying 9.75＋9.85), 70449 vault (9.85/19.625 4th; qualifying 9.70＋9.85), 70451 bars (qualifying 10.00＋10.00＝20.00, final 10.00/20.000 gold), 70453 beam (qualifying 9.90＋10.00＝19.90, final 10.00/19.950 gold). Athlete page: 5G/3S/1B, age 14, 'wasn't able to display the four digits needed to show a row of 10.00s', 'six more perfect tens', the three-gold list (all-around, bars, beam), the 1989 defection to the US. The 50-year interview (August 2026): the first of seven surprised everyone, the board 'could only display three digits… shown as simply 1.00', the compulsories background (until Sydney 2000, everyone the same routine).

D4 · IGHOF, Britannica, USAG (captured 18.09.2026, 200)

IGHOF (class of 1993): the 1976 record (3G/S/B by event), 1980 (2G/2S), the 1984 Olympic Order, the 1993 induction. Britannica: born Onești 1961, spotted at six by Bela Karolyi, Olympic debut at 14, the 1989 defection ＋ 2001 citizenship, second Hall of Fame inductee (after Korbut). USAG Károlyi: coached Comăneci, the 1981 tour defection, the coaching record.

D5 · FIG documents and reports

The FIG 2025–2028 appendix PDF (6.2: Final ＝ D＋E−penalties; E down from 10.00; the D 5.70＋E 9.00＝14.70 example). The 2006 open-ended switch from the rules' history (FIG drops the 10 cap, no single perfect mark); today's D＋E is the switch's result. The 2016 test: FIG's 17 April 2016 report ('was shut out', 'An era ends for Romania', one individual in Rio).
