Two thirds of the list sits in batches of at least ten.
I grouped identical times only within the same source session. Each unit is one <SedintaDosar> position, not one unique lawsuit across the week.

The source boundaries stayed intact.
The query, unit and exclusions were fixed before the national result was calculated.
One position
The unit is one <SedintaDosar> appearance in a list. A case may appear again on another day; the study does not deduplicate lawsuits across the week.
One session
Times are grouped only inside their containing <Sedinta> element. Similar panels or labels in separate source nodes remain separate.

The 152 positions carrying this time are reported separately because the consulted source does not document its meaning. Three malformed values were excluded; no times were missing.
WHAT REMAINS UNKNOWN
The published list is not the courtroom.
The API contains no actual call time, waiting time, hearing duration, attendance or real calling order. A shared time describes the published schedule.
The court regulation allows cases to be called in a different order while respecting the allocated interval. This study shows the shape of one completed week's lists; it does not measure delays, workload or the quality of justice.
