A 90-second 3D game
The Garden
You are a butterfly above a 3D meadow. Fly over flowers to bloom them, catch the petals falling from the sky and build a combo before nightfall.
70 flowers · 90 seconds · petals, combo, sunset
The short idea. Steer the butterfly with the mouse, a finger or the arrows. Every flower touched blooms for 10 points; caught petals pay 50 points times the combo. The combo grows with each quickly caught petal and breaks on a dropped one.

How to play
The rules of the game
- You get 90 seconds, from sunset until night falls. The sky is the clock: when the stars come out, the flight is over.
- The butterfly follows the mouse, a finger or the arrows (or WASD keys). Fly over flowers to bloom them: 10 points each.
- Petals fall from the sky about one per second. Catch them by flying through them while they are low: 50 points times the combo.
- The combo grows with each petal caught within 4 seconds of the previous one, up to ×5. A petal dropped on the grass breaks it.
- Your best stays saved between visits. The final score can be sent on with a rematch link.
The garden
What you see in the meadow
The whole garden is drawn from simple shapes: 70 flowers in six colours, swaying grass, clouds, fireflies and stars. Nothing is a photograph and nothing comes from elsewhere — the meadow is built on every visit, and the flowers and petals fall differently each time.

What the game is made of
- The 3D scene is built procedurally with Three.js r170 (MIT licence, shipped with the page).
- The simulation — butterfly, flowers, petals, score — is the page's own dependency-free code.
