Where the name comes from
Named after the adjoining Warren Street, which is named after the 18th-century naval officer Sir Peter Warren. The station opened in 1907 as "Euston Road".
Worth knowing: The Victoria line platforms were decorated with tiles showing a maze, a pun on "warren".
