Households make up 90.3% of Romania's 359,378 connected prosumers. Organisations, only 9.7% by count, hold 48.6% of the renewable capacity recorded for this group.
The figures come from ANRE's national table. It separates the number of metering points from installed capacity, two measures a single headline total can blur.

One label hides two scales
A prosumer is not a typical installation. The average household in the register has 6.4 kW installed. The average organisation has 56.0 kW. That is an 8.8-to-1 difference.
The same register gives two answers
Ask how many prosumers there are and the story is about households. Ask who holds the installed capacity and the balance nearly levels. Both statements are true. They describe different quantities.
Installed capacity is a nameplate measure. It is neither daily generation nor the group’s actual contribution to national demand. The register does not say how much electricity either category generates or feeds into the grid.
