Cheile Bicazului–Hășmaș — national park

Visiting

Bicaz Gorge, one of Romania's most spectacular limestone canyons, with vertical walls over 300 m and the Piatra Altarului landmark, alongside the Hășmaș massif with karst caves like Licoș. Lacu Roșu, a natural landslide-dammed lake, is the starting point for most of the park's 18 marked trails.
