A DOC name describes a protected wine origin; it does not mean a winery is open to visitors. These visit cards use the wineries' own pages. A published offer is not a booking or confirmation of availability.

Opening hours and booking terms
Recaș: Mon–Fri, 10:00–16:30, minimum four people; after 16:30 and on Saturdays, minimum 20. Its page does not list Sunday visits. Book any package at least 48 hours ahead.
LacertA: Mon–Sat, 09:00–16:00 (last cellar tour starts at 14:30); Sun, 10:00–15:00 (last tour starts at 13:30). Book on the winery's website.
Budureasca: package pages do not give opening hours. Confirm the date and call 0731 793 177 at least 48 hours ahead.

Dealu Mare: facts card
EU-protected origin, specification amended in 2023. LacertA in Fințești and Budureasca in Gura Vadului publish visit and tasting programs. They are two verified examples, not a complete inventory of the region's wineries.
DOC Dealu Mare: EU-protected, amended 2023
Dealu Mare is protected in the EU; its specification was amended in 2023 (Regulation EU 2023/2535). The area lies in the southern Subcarpathians between the Teleajen and Buzău rivers, crossed by the 45th parallel. LacertA and Budureasca's published visits and tastings appear below as two verified examples, not a complete winery inventory.

Tasting in five steps: Cotnari's public guide
The method from Cotnari's degustare page, transcribed. A tasting guide is never a visit program: Cotnari's tourism page sits behind a login, unverified.
- Step 1: choose the wine and read its data.
- Step 2: look — color and clarity.
- Step 3: first nose, no swirling.
- Step 4: swirl, second nose.
- Step 5: taste, move the wine through the mouth.

The checklist: verify before you go
Confirm your date, group size and package directly with the winery. Recaș group minimums change by day and time; Budureasca accepts groups of 4–30 and asks you to confirm the date and call at least 48 hours ahead. LacertA lists a 10-person minimum for its Magnum and Winery Event offers, and publishes opening hours. These terms do not confirm places for a chosen date.
- Are price per person and duration stated? Separate a tour without a tasting from packages that include wine.
- Does your group meet the published limits? Recaș minimums change by day and time; Budureasca lists 4–30, and two LacertA offers require at least 10 people.
- Is a schedule published for your date? LacertA posts opening hours; Budureasca asks you to confirm a date and call at least 48 hours ahead.
- Confirm your date, group size and package with the winery. A published price does not mean places are available on a particular day.

- The region set: 35 DOCs + 12 IGs from ONVPV (2026-09-18), the list only. Dealu Mare: EU protection, amended 2023 (Regulation EU 2023/2535), between the Teleajen and Buzău, crossed by the 45th parallel.
- Recaș's visit page and booking rules, LacertA's package and reservation pages, and Budureasca's Classic, Silver and Gold package pages were checked on 2026-10-20. These are published offers, not evidence of openings on a chosen date.
- AVINCIS publishes visit information but the page checked did not give a complete price grid, so it is not included in the comparison.
- Earlier checks for Serve, Jidvei, Cotnari and Murfatlar remain in the project history, dated 2026-09-18; they do not establish whether those wineries publish visits now.
- The five steps transcribe Cotnari's public guide, sourced. No variety table: the spec PDF yielded no quotable legal list.
