Use the catalogue in applications
A public API without a key for finding and retrieving records. Responses contain catalogue metadata, not providers’ datasets.

GET /api/resources accepts q (up to 200 characters), topic, collection, type, rights, status, api=true and access. Search is bilingual and accent-insensitive, with common synonyms. Every term remaining after stopword removal must match. No results do not establish that data is unavailable in Romania.
Pagination and exports
limit defaults to 25 and has a maximum of 100. offset starts at 0. total is the matching count, returned is the page count, and next is the next page URL or null. format=csv exports the same page; use limit=100 for all 85 records. JSON includes both languages.
Identifiers and relationships
GET /api/resources/{id} returns a record. GET /api/resources/{id}/related returns editorial suggestions. Relationships do not establish technical integration or compatible licences. Identifiers are retained across releases; new fields may be added.
Interpreting evidence
sourceStatus=verified-direct means a page or documentation was reviewed. editorialReviewDate is the review date; lastDatasetUpdate is the source’s declared update when known. accessPoints[].testedAt indicates an inspected sample, not a complete audit. null means unknown. Retain limitations, verificationNote, license and licenseUrl when reusing a record.
Reuse and limitations
Original editorial metadata in this catalogue may be reused under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to “Open knowledge Romania — Marius Comper” and a catalogue link. Referenced resources retain their own rights. This read-only API carries no availability or continuous-update guarantee. Save responses for reproducible work.
Errors and browser access
Unknown, repeated or invalid parameters return 400; missing records return 404; unsupported methods return 405. GET, HEAD and OPTIONS are supported. CORS allows reading from other origins. There is no authentication or write operation.
