85 national resources in the catalogue (5 new public data pillars added: ANM national meteorological observation network, ARR road transport operators registry, Ministry of Health / INSP inpatient hospital facilities registry, INS consumer price index and monthly inflation series, and ANAP ex-ante procurement compliance register). The new Global Data Dictionary (/dictionar/) centralizes over 75 structured fields with SQL CREATE TABLE generator. In-browser tabular data micro-inspector. Interactive visual data ecosystem map in the research workspace. Two new practical guides: local climate risk assessment, and heritage protection status investigation via cadastre.

Research workspace enriched with the Data Join & Crosswalk Planner for entity resolution across CUI, SIRUTA, NUTS 3, SIIIR and DOI with executable join snippets in Python (Pandas), R (dplyr) and DuckDB SQL. Data dictionary and field schemas on structured resource records. Two new practical guides: open-data FOIA requests under Law 544/2001 and Law 179/2022, and public funding integrity mapping.
