Before you use this resource

Annual uncompressed data files span hundreds of megabytes or gigabytes. Estimated procedure value differs from awarded contract sums and executed treasury payments. The licence differs by year: the 2021–2026 datasets (Authority for Digitalisation of Romania) are CC BY 4.0, the 2016–2020 ones are OGL-ROU 1.0; check the licence of the dataset for the chosen year.
