Release 1.0: platform and standard live; no real packet audits yet August 6, 2026
Version 1.0

Public infrastructure before the first investigation

This package delivers the product, standard and working laboratory. It deliberately does not deliver runtime findings about real apps before traffic has been captured, reproduced and reviewed.

Public promise

The public promise

“For one exact release of one public-service app, show what the institution says, what the store declares, what the phone did, what changed after refusal, what the test cannot establish, who can fix it and whether they did.”

What is ready

  • Romanian–English site and 30 R0 records
  • Public App Receipt 1.0 schema and API
  • four synthetic calibration receipts
  • device, evidence, publication and retest protocol
  • passive tools for capture, event marking and normalisation
  • procurement annex and institutional self-audit kit

What is not claimed

  • that any real app has been captured or intercepted
  • that an SDK or endpoint is present in a real app
  • that an institution has broken the law
  • that a store publisher is necessarily the contractual supplier
  • that a calibration result describes an existing service
