I arrived and the job is different from the job in my contract.

This is a concrete documentary mismatch. Current Romanian guidance itself lists being promised or given a job different from the contract as a warning sign. Record the promised occupation, the contracted occupation and the work you are actually doing separately.

  1. Photograph or copy the contract and firm offer.
  2. Write down the actual tasks, workplace and start date.
  3. Do not let the original recruitment messages disappear.
  4. Seek labour/immigration advice before taking steps that could affect your status.
