Questions workers ask

My documents all match. Does that mean the job is safe?

No. Matching documents answer a narrower question: the written records agree with each other. They cannot prove how the employer will behave after arrival, whether accommodation will be as described, whether wages will be paid on time, or whether hidden coercion exists. That distinction is fundamental to this project.

Boundary: This is a reading rule for this guide, not a statement of Romanian law. Matching documents only tells you that the documents agree; it does not prove that the job is safe or lawful.

What to do next

  1. Keep the pre-departure record anyway.
  2. After arrival, add the “actual” layer: payslips, hours, deductions and conditions.
  3. Never interpret our green/matching state as a safety certification.
