Questions workers ask

The agency is licensed. Does that mean the job is safe?

No register can establish that every promise in your particular recruitment is true. A licence/authorisation lookup can establish an important fact about the entity and its recorded status; it does not prove the specific job, salary, accommodation or conduct will match the promise. Verification should reduce uncertainty, not manufacture an “all clear”.

Boundary: This is a reading rule for this guide, not a statement of Romanian law. Matching documents only tells you that the documents agree; it does not prove that the job is safe or lawful.

What to do next

  1. Verify the licence/status and save the date.
  2. Separately verify the employer and the specific job terms.
  3. Preserve your own offer, contract and payment evidence.
