I cannot see my employment contract in REGES / I was told registration comes later.

Romanian Labour Inspectorate guidance says the written employment contract is concluded and registered before activity begins. A missing record can have technical or timing explanations, but “we register it later after you start” should not be treated as the normal rule without verification.
