Questions workers ask

My agent says I personally must submit the Romanian “single application”.

Current WorkinRomania guidance says the single application is submitted through the platform by the Romanian employer for relevant D/AM1 cases, or by an authorised placement agency/authorised employer for D/AM2. The worker later appears in person for visa formalities; that is a different step.

What to do next

  1. Ask which exact application the agent means.
  2. Compare the claim with WorkinRomania’s process page.
  3. Never hand over credentials simply because someone uses the phrase “single application”.

RO-PROC-001 · Process · verified 11 August 2026

The Romanian foreign-worker procedure uses a single application submitted through WorkinRomania by the Romanian employer or, depending on the route, an authorised placement agency/authorised employer. The worker does not personally submit that single application.
