Entry: no official border but checkpoints; passports checked, unstamped; two migration cards, one kept; questions and refusal; overstay penalties. Bus-station timetables (homepage has no times, iRuta endpoint mute), CFR times (homepage has no static times), Kvint bookings, the tank/Soviets' House, roaming/SIM, queues, the Cyrillic official language (constitution unfetched), EUBAM (network mute), the Moldovan visa list (MFA site mute; eVisa link instead, nothing restated). Ukraine-side route: FCDO says the crossings are closed — not built.
