The Nepali, Bangla and Sinhala editions were translated and checked by AI models. No native speaker has reviewed them. The English edition is the reference version. If in doubt, compare the translation with the English edition and the official sources. Most facts were last checked against the official sources on 2 October 2026; the source ledger shows the check date of each claim.
How we use sources
Important statements are tied to a source and a date. We use primary law and official government services for rules and procedures. We label guidance as guidance, use independent institutional evidence to describe risks, and mark our own inferences. All four editions draw from the same factual record.
One factual record
Dates, amounts, scope and sources stay in one record. Each language explains the same facts.
Evidence is not a verdict
Matching documents, a missing register entry and a legal conclusion are different things.
A licence is not a job guarantee
A register can show licence or status. It cannot prove that a particular job or promise is genuine.
We do not collect documents
The comparison tool runs in your browser. You do not need to upload a passport or contract.
Check dates on changing information
Fees, thresholds, immigration routes, registers and guidance can change. Claims carry a date and source.
Translations keep the same limits
Numbers, countries, exceptions and words such as “may” and “must” keep their meaning in each edition.
When to re-check this guide
- Treating government guidance as law without saying so.
- Calling an overseas recruitment payment illegal just because a Romanian rule covers a Romanian placement agency.
- Calling a job safe because documents match.
- Calling an agency fraudulent because a register search failed.
- Removing uncertainty, exceptions or jurisdiction in translation.
- Accepting paid promotion that compromises independence.
