Investigate company activity and risk profiles

Connect ONRC corporate records with ANAF fiscal status and SICAP public tenders.

  1. Identify legal form and history

Verify primary NACE sector and legal standing. Check whether the entity is active, temporarily suspended or in dissolution.

  2. Check VAT status and fiscal risk

Query the CUI in the ANAF API to detect VAT cash accounting, declared fiscal inactivity flags or expired registered office.

  3. Cross-reference with public contract awards

Search the company in the SEAP/SICAP register to identify awarded tenders, contracting authorities and cumulative public funds.

A pitfall to avoid

A company with zero employees or recent activity suspension may still appear in multi-year framework agreements awarded in previous years. Always check exact milestone and payment dates.
