This independent discovery catalogue includes Romanian resources and international infrastructure useful for researching Romania. Inclusion does not mean that all content is freely reusable.
What does “source reviewed” mean?
Each record states its review date. Reviewing documentation is not a complete data audit. Inspected files and API responses are identified separately. Two sources still need another review.
Why are some rights unclear?
An identified licence is explicitly stated by the cited source. In catalogues, rights vary between resources. When evidence is insufficient, we preserve the unknown: a page being free to read does not establish redistribution rights.
What is in the export?
Records, descriptions in both languages, sources, limitations and editorial relationships, in JSON and CSV. Unknown values are null in JSON and empty fields in CSV. Original files stay with their providers.
How complete is this catalogue?
85 resources across four collections. The selection is not exhaustive. Review dates are not data update dates. There is no automated monitoring.
