Where the name comes from

A place or district

Preciziei Boulevard, on which the station stands.

The station is in the Militari industrial zone. It was renamed in 2009 after public consultation; Historia says the new name comes from the boulevard of the same name.

  • Industriilor 1983 – 2009

'Industriilor' ('of the Industries') came from the industrial zone around the station.
