Public budgets and procurement answer different questions. One project may describe receipts and spending; another shows what an institution bought. Read the unit and period in each source.
Laws and procedures can change. Projects with administrative tools state their scope and review date; check the official source before making a decision.
Votes, registers and investigations document different parts of public life. Check the period, definition and original material in the project you open.
Each project should name its sources, units and period. If the information will shape a decision, check the original document and its version in that project.
